Exchange Policy
Terms & Conditions
We have a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your products to request an exchange. We do not offer any returns or refunds, but happily provide exchanges as per the terms & conditions mentioned below.

To be eligible for an exchange, your products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You are only eligible for 1 exchange per purchase.

If you have received the correct size, colour and style that you ordered, but still you want to exchange it, a nominal reverse pickup fee of Rs. 150 will be applied for each pair.
- You can only exchange the pair for a different size or different colour of the same style. You cannot request for a different style in exchange.
- The return pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pickup the shipment you will need to send the pairs back to our warehouse.
- If the pair is not the same as you ordered or in case you have received a defective pair, we will cover the reverse shipping fee. But we require an unboxing video and pictures of the pairs you ordered within 48 hours of order delivery to verify the claim.
Please note: In case your address pincode is not serviceable by the courier partners for reverse pickup, then the products will need to be sent by you to the following address: B-15, 32, Park View Plaza, East Park Area, Block 57, Karol Bagh, 110005 New Delhi DL, India.
After-Sale Damage Policy
Damages in case of accidents are not covered by us and are ineligible for an exchange or refund.
Cancellations Policy
Cancellations are only possible if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
