Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, your products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case you receive a damaged product we will also require the unboxing video of the product.

We have a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your products to request an exchange. The reverse shipping will be arranged by us and the reverse shipping charge has to be borne by you (the customer). The reverse shipping charge is flat Rs.100/-. After we receive the product, we will check that the product is not worn or physically damage.

We only offer refunds in case damaged or wrong product is received by the customer. In this case, an unboxing video is required to verify the claim.
